Services Provided
CNG DOORS provides garage door installation, repairs, and maintenance services within South Australia. All work is carried out to a professional standard and in accordance with Australian industry guidelines.

Payment Terms
Payment is due within 7 days of the completed job, via bank transfer to the account details provided on your invoice. Late payments may incur a late fee.

Pre-existing Issues
CNG DOORS is not liable for any faults, damage, or defects that existed before our work commenced, or for any issues that arise after completion which are not directly caused by our services.

​
Warranty
We provide warranty only on work and parts supplied by CNG DOORS. Any warranty claims must be made in writing and accompanied by proof of the work completed. Warranty does not cover misuse, lack of maintenance, or work performed by third parties.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please give us at least 8 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 8 hours of the scheduled job may incur a cancellation fee.

Customer Information
We collect basic customer information (such as name, address, phone number, and email) solely for the purpose of providing quotes, completing work, and issuing invoices. Your information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CNG DOORS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

CNG DOORS may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
